Cancellation Policy:
The Crescent Guest House agrees to provide accommodation to you as
described at www.10thecrescent.co.nz. If you have any questions,
please ask prior to confirming your booking. We are a family home
with a self-contained Bed and Breakfast Studio on one level of our
property. You are aware that there are four flights of stairs from
The Crescent down to the gorgeous terrace where the B&B studio is
located. Because of the nature of Sue's employment, it is imperative
that we know approximately when you will arrive on the day. Please
email these details to stay@10thecrescent.co.nz. Check-in is after
2pm and Check-out is 11am, however if we communicate these hours can
be adjusted based on the nature of the previous/next booking. Our
cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation on or before the
date of your expected arrival constitutes at 100% forfeit of your
booking fee. If you must cancel, please let us know immediately as
we are very agreeable under certain circumstances. Our email address
is stay@10thecrescent.co.nz. If we are able to rebook the room,
there will be no cancellation fee EXCEPT any nonrefundable fees owed
to booking agents by us (10 The Crescent Ltd.) We look forward to

Terms
Visa, MasterCard accepted via our
secure online booking system;
invoices can be sent. Please enquire if you wish to pay by other
methods, as we are very flexible. Agents commission 10% with
terms. Please note that all prices are
in $NZ and are inclusive of all charges except toll calls.
