Exclusive use of the B&B with its Superior King Room, Bathroom and Kitchenette – Tariff includes all charges except toll calls, if any. We provide a self-service continental breakfast each day, and use of outdoor entertaining facilities. Quality linens are provided.

Winter Special!  NZ $220 single night
NZ $195 or less per night for 3 days or more

December-March rates:  NZ$245 per night,
2 night minimum
NZ$195 per night for stays of 5 days or longer

Note:  There are four levels of stairs on the property--but with the stairs come the fantastic views!

Terms and Cancellation Policy

Please note, our property is not suitable for guests unable to negotiate stairs. Please enquire before or during booking if you have any questions regarding accessibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date: 100% forfeit of one night's stay.
If a cancellation is made we will always try to re-book the room, therefore if we are able to re-book your room then you will not incur any cancellation charges. However, if we cannot re-book the room then the above applies. In no way will a cancellation fee be waived due to the lack of suitability of the property as deemed by the guest upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the guest to read over the information in the website carefully, and if there are any questions, these must be resolved prior to making a deposit.
