The Guest House B&B Studio is a hybrid between a bed and breakfast and a private apartment: enjoy your own luxurious, private, and quiet space on a your own level of our busy and fun family home.

Our "commute" to town is absolutely world class--walk via Oriental Parade (see the gallery) and enjoy the beaches, birds, and people watching along the way.  Should you choose not to walk, the bus route to and from town (and the airport) is right out the door, and taxis are readily available. 

The Crescent is one of the most desirable streets in Wellington because of its proximity to the city, all day sunshine, and incredible views of harbour, port, and city lights.  Our family home has four levels; the B&B studio level is the most brightly lit level on the photo above, with a large deck and private entrance.

Your hosts are Sue and Brad and their three children; we are American ex-pats originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. 
We have 2 cats and 2 lovely labraspoodle dogs on the property.
